Level 1 – Premier Viola

Our Level 1 Premier Viola provides an affordable, dependable introduction to orchestra and meets the minimum requirements for most school music programs. Built with quality materials and a comfortable setup, it gives beginning students a reliable foundation as they start learning.

Individual models may vary within the Premier level. Every instrument is selected to meet Antonio Violins’ standards for Level 1 Premier quality, construction, tone, and playability.

Junior Viola Sizes

Violas smaller than 11 inches are considered Junior Violas. These instruments use a violin-shaped body fitted with viola strings and follow standard violin sizing (such as 1/16, 1/10, and 1/8), making them ideal for younger students transitioning into the viola.
